My son was reading about the Wedding at Cana today and he asked me why Jesus referred to Mary as "Woman" instead of "Mother" when He told her His time had not yet come. I said that it was out of respect. He was happy with this quick explanation and went on reading... Later in the day he was heading out to play and he turned and looked at me and said "Woman, I am going out to play."
My heart skipped a beat.
Oh My Gosh. HOW do you get through the day without peeing your pants laughing at the things he says? I would seriously be doing pee pants laundry all day...oh wait...yeah, I DO do laundry all day anyway. Never mind.
